Kigali – Petrocom

Design and consultancy services for the interior fit-out of a new mixed-use building, comprising a first floor retail space and office space on the upper floors. The building, with a surface area of around 10,000 m² spread over 8 floors, is located in Kigali, Rwanda. The assignment included the design of the common areas, as well as space planning and the creation of 3D images. These visualizations were intended to help future tenants project themselves into spaces with clearly defined functions, rather than into empty areas where it can be difficult to perceive actual dimensions.
