The client’s mission was to refresh this unoccupied office floor, in order to make future tenants want to move there. The techniques have been replaced (removal of radiators in favor of convector fans) or modernized (air conditioning). The adaptation of the false ceilings and the replacement of the lighting made it possible to gain more clarity and brightness. The meeting rooms and meeting areas are decorated with touches of color on the floor.
