Radisson Antwerp

Located opposite the very famous Antwerp train station, the Radisson BLU hotel is a 4 star hotel with 257 rooms. BPM has been selected as Project Manager and Execution's interior Architect for the realization of an offensive and defensive program of various investments in the hotel. The offensive part of this work was aimed at renovating spaces such as the swimming pool and fitness, meeting rooms and sanitary facilities. The defensive part of this program targeted the renovation of a large number of technical installations such as electrical installations, BMS, fire detection, emergency lighting, hot water production, etc. BPM's mission was very comprehensive and ranged from feasibility study and budgeting to the perfect completion of the work.
