MEA – Techniques

The Marriott Executive Apartment (MEA) offers 59 apartments in the heart of the European Quarter. BPM was appointed in 2018 as Design Office and Project Manager for the replacement of a 1.2MW boiler as well as the replacement of the electric chamber boilers not a centralized hot water production system. BPM's mission extended from the preliminary design and budgeting to the final acceptance of the works, all lots combined.
